Nandan Nilekani

Co-founder and Chairman of Infosys Limited

Nandan Nilekani is a co-founder and chairman of Infosys. He is the architect of the Aadhaar programme, where he was Chairman of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) in the rank of a Cabinet Minister. Born in Bengaluru, Nilekani received his Bachelor’s degree from IIT, Bombay. In 2005 he received the prestigious Joseph Schumpeter prize for innovative services in economy, economic sciences and politics. In 2006, he was awarded the Padma Bhushan. Fortune Magazine conferred him with “Asia’s Businessman of the year 2003.
Nilekani is also Co-founder and Chairman of EkStep, a not-for-profit effort to create a learner centric, technology based platform to improve basic literacy and numeracy for millions of children. Together with his wife, Rohini Nilekani, he has pledged half his wealth towards philanthropic activities. He also wrote “Imagining India” and co- authored his second book with Viral Shah, “Rebooting India: Realizing a Billion Aspirations”.

Sumer Juneja

Managing Partner, EMEA & India, SoftBank Investment Advisers

Sumer is Managing Partner and Head of EMEA & India at SoftBank Investment Advisers. He joined SoftBank in 2018 to set up its local investing presence in India before expanding his remit to also oversee the firm’s investment activities in EMEA. Sumer has partnered with growth-stage tech companies across multiple sectors including logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, and edtech. He serves on multiple Boards including Lenskart, Swiggy, Meesho, Autostore, Content Square, Eruditus, and Rimac.

Sumer has been investing since 2006. Before SoftBank, Sumer was a Partner at Norwest Venture Partners, focusing on growth equity and venture investments in Indian companies across various sectors. He has led and successfully exited multiple investments, including Swiggy, Indusind Bank, Shriram City Union Finance, Cholamandalam Finance, and National Stock Exchange

Before joining Norwest India in 2009, Sumer was a founding member of Goldman Sachs’ Asian Special Situations Group in India, a balance sheet investing group. In this role, he invested in Bharti Infratel, IRB Infrastructure Developers Cremica, and OnMobile, amongst others.Before this role, Sumer was an analyst for the Industrial and Natural Resources Team in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in London. Sumer obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in politics and economics from the London School of Economics.

Nikhil Kamath

Co-founder – Zerodha

Nikhil Kamath is the co-founder of Zerodha, a retail stockbroker, and True Beacon, an asset management company. Kamath is a part of the 2023 Forbes billionaires list.

Kamath co-founded Zerodha along with his brother Nithin Kamath. Zerodha provides brokerage services for dealing in stocks, currencies, and commodities. Kamath introduced a discount brokerage model with Zerodha which reduces the commission charged for transactions, enabling the masses to invest.

Kamath also co-founded True Beacon In 2020, an asset management company that helps ultra-high-net individuals invest in the Indian markets via privately pooled investment vehicles.

Nandita Sinha

CEO – Myntra

Nandita Sinha is the Chief Executive Officer at Myntra, one of India’s leading fashion and beauty platforms. In her career spanning two decades, Nandita has contributed to shaping various facets of the Indian retail and e-commerce industry while driving growth and innovation. She has been on a mission to redefine the boundaries of how digital retail can enhance the lives of consumers and the larger ecosystem at scale.
A champion of innovation, she strongly affirms its role in creating opportunities for organizational growth and driving industry disruption.
Before joining Myntra, Nandita helmed various verticals during her stint at Flipkart, helping brands and sellers to effectively cater to the evolving needs of Indian shoppers. As the CEO of Myntra, a pioneering force in the online shopping space in India, Nandita is leading the organisation towards its vision of democratizing fashion and beauty using technology.

Nandita has groomed and mentored several future leaders helping them scale their true potential, in addition to being an active sponsor of inclusion and empowerment. In 2023, she was featured by the Economic Times in its ‘Women Ahead’ list, and is a part of Forbes 2024 W-Power List.

Mithun Sacheti

Co-founder – Caratlane

Mithun Sacheti is the co-founder of CaratLane. Hailing from a family deeply entrenched in the gemstone business, Mithun’s early exposure to the craft of jewellery, guided by his hardworking mother and financially astute father, set the stage for his entrepreneurial foray.

CaratLane, founded in 2008, with its tech-enabled, design-centric approach, was Mithun’s response to the changing rhythm of the industry. For him, it wasn’t just about crafting jewellery; it was about crafting an experience for a new generation, one that defied the conventional norms of the jewellery market.

Ritesh Arora

Co-founder and CEO – BrowserStack

Ritesh Arora is the Co-founder and CEO of BrowserStack, the world’s leading software testing platform. Ritesh co-founded BrowserStack in 2011 with the vision to simplify testing for millions of developers globally. Today, BrowserStack helps companies like Microsoft, Twitter, Wells Fargo, Discovery, and Expedia deliver quality software at speed by providing instant access to 3,000+ real mobile devices and browsers on its cloud platform. With over 50,000 global customers, BrowserStack is backed by marquee investors such as Accel, BOND, and Insight Partners and was recently valued at $4 billion.

Ritesh is a serial entrepreneur and has started multiple companies after graduating in Computer Science from IIT Bombay. As the CEO, Ritesh has led BrowserStack to win industry accolades such as Forbes Cloud 100, LinkedIn’s Top 25 India Startups, and Bootstrap Champ by Economic Times. He is an angel investor and mentors several technology startups in India.

Albinder Dhindsa

Founder and CEO – Blinkit

Albinder Dhindsa is the Founder and CEO of Blinkit. Dhindsa is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, after which he completed his MBA from the Columbia Business School. Dhindsa first started his career as a Transportation Analyst at URS Corporation, after which he worked with Cambridge Systematics and UBS Investment Bank as an Associate and Senior Associate. Dhindsa then joined Zomato where he worked for more than 2.5 years as the Head of International Operations. He eventually left the company to co-found Grofers (now Blinkit) in December 2013.

Prativa Mohapatra (Adobe)

Vice President and MD – Adobe India

Prativa Mohapatra is Vice President and Managing Director for Adobe India. In this role, she leads Adobe’s India business across Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Document Cloud. Adobe’s mission is to change the world through digital experiences, serving a large customer base from students to business communicators to the world’s largest enterprises. As the leader of Adobe’s India business, Prativa is responsible for driving strategic planning, operations, customer interactions and shaping growth in the market. Having spent close to 30 years in the technology industry, Prativa is a transformational leader with an incredible breadth of experience in driving business growth and adoption of disruptive technologies.

Shubman Gill

Indian cricketer

Shubman Gill is an Indian international cricketer who represents the Indian cricket team across all three formats of the game. He is the vice-captain of India in White-ball cricket. He captains Gujarat Titans in the Indian Premier League and plays for Punjab in domestic cricket. A right-handed Top-order batter, he made his international debut for Indian team in January 2019 against New Zealand. Gill was part of the 2023 Cricket World Cup in which India was runners-up.

Nyrika Holkar

Executive Director – Godrej & Boyce

Nyrika Holkar is Executive Director of Godrej & Boyce. She leads the legal and corporate advisory functions for all 14 companies. The businesses include furniture, appliances, security, process equipment, logistics, material handling, aerospace, precision engineering, energy, tooling and construction. She is also involved in talent management, portfolio strategy, knowledge management and risk management across the businesses. She is driving the turnaround of their energy business which provides engineering, procurement and construction services to government owned distribution and transmission companies and to private companies for solar energy projects.
